I started working at 15.
Not because I had some perfectly mapped-out five-year plan, but because I understood early that I wanted to build something of my own. I grew up in a tiny town in Albania, a tiny country that rarely gets mentioned in the rooms I now work in. There was no obvious roadmap for what I wanted to do, so I built one myself.
What started in 2019 as my first experiments in social media and digital marketing eventually became a career working with founders, creators, entrepreneurs, podcasts, and brands across the United States and beyond.
Today, I work across marketing, content, branding, public relations, and creative strategy. I have spent the last several years helping brands figure out not only what they should say, but how they should make people feel. From building the digital presence of podcasts and personal brands to shaping the marketing direction of businesses serving high-profile clientele, my work sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, psychology, and culture.
I’ve worked with podcasts including Delusional Diaries, Being Her, Real Pod, Well Podcast, The Confident Collective, and Similarly Different, alongside brands and founders such as QUESTION EVERYTHING, The Selfish Contract, MackFit, Dossier Perfumes, Gerard Cosmetics, and others.
But the titles and client list are only part of the story.
I’m fascinated by why people pay attention to certain things and ignore others. Why one piece of content makes someone stop scrolling while another disappears completely. Why some brands feel instantly recognizable and others feel like everyone else. Why people buy into a story, a personality, a community, or an idea long before they buy the product itself.
That curiosity is what drives the way I approach marketing.
I don’t believe good marketing is about making the most noise. It is about knowing exactly who you’re speaking to, understanding what matters to them, and creating something they actually want to spend their attention on.
Being raised in Albania also shaped the way I think. I learned to look beyond my immediate environment from a very young age. I speak Albanian, English, Italian, and Spanish, and I’ve spent years working primarily with American clients while building relationships across different markets and cultures. That perspective has made me particularly interested in the space between local identity and global culture, and in what makes an idea translate from one audience to another.
I’m still building. I still have a lot I want to do. But I’m proud that the career I have today started with nothing more than curiosity, a laptop, and the decision to start before I felt ready.
And I have no intention of stopping there.
